Purchase, Shipping & Return Policy

These Purchase, Shipping, and Return Terms ("Terms") govern purchases made through the D³ Shop at dtothe3.com. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Orders

By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or have parental consent, all information you provide is accurate and complete, and you are authorized to use the payment method provided. D³ reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

2. Pricing

All prices are in US dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price displayed at the time of order. Sales tax will be added where required by law.

3. Payment

Payment is processed securely through D³'s payment processor. D³ does not store your full payment card information. By providing payment information, you authorize D³ to charge the total amount of your order.

4. Shipping

D³ ships to addresses within the United States. Shipping times and costs are displayed at checkout. Standard shipping: 5–10 business days. Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days (where available). Orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. D³ is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

5. Returns

D³ accepts returns within 30 days of delivery for items in original, unworn, unwashed condition with original tags attached. To initiate a return, email info@dtothe3.com with your order number and reason for return. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

6. Exchanges

D³ does not process direct exchanges. To exchange an item, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

7. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact info@dtothe3.com within 7 days of delivery. D³ will provide a prepaid return label and replace the item or issue a full refund at your option.

8. Final Sale Items

Items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
