Dating Program Participant Addendum

This Dating Program Participant Addendum ("Addendum") supplements the D³ Master Participant Agreement (D3-PART-MASTER-2026.09) and governs your participation in D³ dating and relationship programming, including but not limited to Locked In with Lock, I Do. I Did. I'm Done., and related productions. In the event of a conflict between this Addendum and the Master Participant Agreement, this Addendum controls.

1. Eligibility

To participate in D³ dating programming, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Be legally single (not currently married or in a registered domestic partnership) unless the program format specifically involves married or partnered participants
• Disclose your current relationship status accurately in your application
• Not be related to any other participant in the Production
• Not be a current or former romantic partner of any D³ employee or production staff member

2. Relationship Authenticity

You represent and warrant that:

• Your participation reflects a genuine interest in the program's stated purpose
• You have not been paid or otherwise compensated by any third party to participate
• You will not pursue romantic connections with other participants solely for Production purposes without genuine interest
• You will disclose any pre-existing relationship with any other participant to D³ production staff

3. Emotional Wellbeing

You acknowledge that dating programming may involve romantic rejection, public disclosure of your romantic life, filming of intimate conversations, and editing that may not reflect your experience as you perceived it. D³ may provide access to mental health resources during Production. Participation in such resources is voluntary.

4. Physical Contact

You agree to respect the physical boundaries of all other participants, immediately report any unwanted physical contact to D³ production staff, not engage in sexual activity during Production activities without explicit consent from all parties, and comply with any physical contact guidelines provided by D³.

5. Confidentiality of Outcomes

In addition to the confidentiality obligations in the Master Participant Agreement, you agree to keep confidential the outcome of any romantic connections made during the Production, the identities of other participants until D³ authorizes disclosure, and any Production storylines or narrative developments.

6. Social Media During Production

During the Production period, you agree to not post any information about the Production, other participants, or filming locations on social media, not confirm or deny your participation in the Production, and comply with any social media blackout period specified by D³.

7. Background Check

Participation in dating programming requires a background check. By submitting an application, you consent to a background check and authorize D³ to obtain background check results.
