Guest Appearance & Recording Release

This Guest Appearance and Recording Release ("Release") governs the appearance of a guest ("Guest") on D³ productions, including D³ TV programs, The D³ Podcast, D³ Radio, and related productions. By appearing as a guest, Guest agrees to this Release.

1. Consent to Recording

Guest consents to being recorded (video, audio, and photograph) during Guest's appearance on the Production. Guest acknowledges that the Production may be broadcast, streamed, distributed, and archived on D³ Platforms and through D³ distribution partners.

2. License to Use Likeness

Guest grants D³ a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use Guest's name, image, voice, appearance, and biographical information in connection with the Production, including for promotional and archival purposes.

3. Editing

Guest acknowledges that D³ may edit Guest's appearance for length, clarity, and editorial purposes. D³ is not obligated to include Guest's appearance in the final Production.

4. Compensation

Unless a separate written agreement specifies compensation, Guest's appearance is uncompensated. Guest is not entitled to any payment, revenue share, or other compensation for appearing on the Production.

5. Guest Representations

Guest represents and warrants that Guest has the legal capacity to enter into this Release, Guest's appearance will not violate any agreement, obligation, or law applicable to Guest, all statements Guest makes during the Production are true to the best of Guest's knowledge, and Guest's appearance does not infringe any third-party rights.

6. Release of Claims

Guest releases D³ from any and all claims arising from Guest's appearance on the Production, including claims arising from the editing, broadcast, or distribution of Guest's appearance.

7. Confidentiality

Guest agrees to keep confidential any non-public information about the Production, other guests, or D³ operations that Guest learns in connection with Guest's appearance.

8. Governing Law

This Release is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
