Run It Up — Official Rules 2026

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor

The Run It Up promotion ("Promotion") is sponsored by D³ Media ("Sponsor"). Questions: info@dtothe3.com.

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of D³ and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins and ends on dates specified in the official Promotion announcement. D³ reserves the right to extend or shorten the Promotion period.

4. How to Enter

To enter the Promotion, complete the entry form at dtothe3.com/promotions/run-it-up/register during the Promotion period. One entry per person. Entries submitted after the Promotion period ends will not be considered.

5. Prize

Prize details, including prize value and description, are specified in the official Promotion announcement. D³ reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.

6. Winner Selection

Winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification

Potential winners will be notified by email within 5 business days of the drawing. Potential winners must respond within 5 business days of notification. Failure to respond may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

8. Winner Agreement

Winners may be required to execute a Winner Agreement (D3-PROMO-WINNER-2026.09) as a condition of receiving the prize.

9. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

10. General Conditions

D³ reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, provides false information, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a manner that is disruptive or fraudulent. D³ reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond D³'s control impair the integrity of the Promotion.

11. Release

By entering, entrants release D³ and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims arising from participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of any prize.

12. Governing Law

All disputes arising from this Promotion will be resolved under the laws of the State of Texas.
