By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Quantivra
Quantivra is a financial wellness and literacy application designed to support individuals in building financial knowledge, tracking financial goals, and accessing financial education resources.
2. Not Financial Advice
IMPORTANT: Quantivra does not provide financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or legal advice. The information provided through the App is for educational and informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified financial advisor, tax professional, or attorney for advice specific to your situation. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.
4. Financial Information
The App may allow you to track financial information. You acknowledge that you are responsible for the accuracy of financial information you enter, D³ is not a financial institution and does not hold, manage, or invest your funds, financial information you enter is stored in accordance with the D³ Privacy Notice, and D³ does not have access to your bank accounts or financial accounts unless you explicitly connect them.
5. Limitation of Liability
D³'s liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the App is limited to $100. D³ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. D³ is not liable for any financial losses arising from your use of the App.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
