Tax Intelligence Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the D³ Tax Intelligence application ("App") provided by D³. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Tax Intelligence

Tax Intelligence is an educational application designed to help individuals understand tax concepts, track tax-related information, and access tax education resources.

2. Not Tax Advice

IMPORTANT: Tax Intelligence does not provide tax advice, legal advice, or tax preparation services. The information provided through the App is for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute tax advice under IRS Circular 230 or any other applicable standard. Always consult a qualified tax professional (CPA, enrolled agent, or tax attorney) for advice specific to your tax situation. Tax laws change frequently; information in the App may not reflect the most current law.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.

The App may allow you to track tax-related information. You acknowledge that you are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, D³ is not a tax preparer, CPA, enrolled agent, or tax attorney, information you enter is stored in accordance with the D³ Privacy Notice, you should not rely on the App as a substitute for professional tax advice, and D³ is not responsible for any tax penalties, interest, or other consequences arising from your use of the App.

5. Limitation of Liability

D³'s liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the App is limited to $100. D³ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. D³ is not liable for any tax penalties, interest, or other financial consequences arising from your use of the App.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
